1. BASIC CONCEPTS

Site - the site of individual entrepreneur “PODKOPAEV YEVGENY ROMANOVICH” erpodkopaev.ru, located in the Internet. Site Administrator - individual entrepreneur “PODKOPAEV EVGENIY ROMANOVICH”. User - an individual or legal entity that has placed its personal information through the Feedback Form on the site with the subsequent purpose of transferring the data to the Site Administrator. Feedback Form is a special form where the User places his/her personal information for the purpose of data transfer to the Website Administrator.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 This Privacy Policy is an official standard document of the Website Administrator and determines the order of processing and protection of information about individuals and legal entities using the Feedback Form on the Website.
2.2 The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about the User, including his personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.3 The relations related to collection, storage, distribution and protection of information about Users are regulated by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.5 The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
2.6 When making changes to the Privacy Policy, the Website Administration notifies the User by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Website.
2.7. When posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Site, the previous version is stored in the documentation archive of the Site Administrator.
2.8 By using the Feedback Form, the User expresses its consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
2.9. The Site Administrator does not check the reliability of the received (collected) information about the User.

3. CONDITIONS AND PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF USERS

3.1 The User's personal data such as: name, surname, patronymic, e-mail, phone number, etc., are transferred by the User to the Website Administration with the User's consent.
3.2 The transfer of the User's personal data to the Website Administrator through the Feedback Form means the User's consent to the transfer of his personal data.
3.3 The Site Administrator processes information about the User, including his personal data, such as: surname, name, patronymic, e-mail, phone number, etc., as well as additional information about the User, provided by him at his own request: organization, city, position, etc. in order to fulfill obligations to the User of the Site.
3.4 Processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the principles of:
a) legality of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;
b) compliance of the purposes of personal data processing with the purposes determined in advance and declared at the time of personal data collection;
c) compliance of the volume and nature of processed personal data with the methods of personal data processing and the purposes of personal data processing;
d) inadmissibility of unification of databases containing personal data created for incompatible purposes.
3.5 The Website Administrator shall process the User's personal data with the User's consent for the purposes of providing services/selling goods offered on the Website.

4. STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of the User are stored exclusively on electronic media and are used strictly for the purpose specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 The User's personal data shall not be transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy.
5.2 Provision of the User's personal data at the request of state bodies, local authorities is carried out in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. STORAGE PERIOD AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1 The User's personal data is stored on the electronic medium of the site indefinitely.
6.2 The User's personal data shall be destroyed at the User's request on the basis of the User's request, or at the initiative of the Site Administrator without explanation by means of deletion by the Site Administrator of the information posted by the User.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

9. APPEALS OF USERS

9.1 The User has the right to send to the Administrator of the Website his/her requests regarding the use/deletion of his/her personal data, stipulated by clause 3 of this Privacy Policy in writing to info@erpodkopaev.ru.
9.2 The request sent by the User shall contain the following information:

For a natural person:
- number of the main identity document of the User or its representative;
- information about the date of issue of the said document and the issuing authority;
date of registration via the Feedback Form;
the text of the request in free form;
signature of the User or its representative.

For a legal entity:
- free-form request on letterhead;
- date of registration via the Feedback Form;
- the request must be signed by an authorized person with the attachment of documents confirming the person's powers.
9.3 The Website Administrator undertakes to consider and send an answer to the received User's request within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the request.
9.4. All correspondence received by the Administrator from the User (requests in written/electronic form) refers to information of limited access and is not subject to disclosure without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User, who sent the request, may not be used without the special consent of the User, other than to respond to the subject of the received request or in cases expressly provided for by law.
